Single and multi-family homeowners are eligible to apply for a lifetime maximum of two rebates per household.
New high-efficiency toilets require only 4.8 litres or less per flush, and dual flush toilets use either 3 or 6 litres. By taking advantage of the toilet replacement rebate program, residents on average save more than 200 litres per day or 80,000 litres per year.
The purpose of the toilet rebate program is to encourage homeowners to replace high volume toilets with low-flush toilets in order to conserve water and to reduce costs. Homeowners will be contributing to a sustainable water conservation initiative.

We are going to renovate a townhouse and would like to get two new low flow toilets. I contacted the SCRD and they said that I do not qualify although I pay SCRD for water as I live in the district. I phoned the municipal hall in Sechelt and they said they also do not do it although my new neighbour just had two installed and received $400.00 back. My question is, where do I apply.
Thanks
