I have received a cold call to have someone come to my house to see how much of a rebate I would be entitled to. I was asked if I was under 75 and if I heated with gas or electric. They said a person would attend my house on June 8th, 2017 at 6:00 pm I am wondering if this is a qualified company representing the Ontario Energy Board like they said.

I haven’t received my rebate cheque. I don’t know who to contact. I had a hydro one representative come for inspection but he is not responding to my calls. He had submitted my invoices in November but nothing yet.
