    I am Chair of Lifeline Syria Margaree/Inverness.
    Our Syria family have bought a house, a big feat for them.
    Due to their limited finances they bought an old house in need of some upgrades.
    What is available at Efficiency NS for this family.
    Presently they are in a very low income bracket.
