Steps to Apply
Backyard composters can be obtained at the Vancouver South Transfer Station at377 West Kent Avenue Northupon proof of residency inVancouver(e.g. driver’s license). Cost to the resident for each composter is $25.00 including taxes. Each composter comes with an instruction manual. There is a limit of 3 composters per household.
