I am a low income senior, so I will not benefit from any programs that offer a tax credit . Also I would need a pay direct to installer program as I cannot come up with enough money to pay installer and wait for rebate. I have broken windows and huge draft problems, each year I stuff blankets and pillows in my windows and doors. What programs apply to me ,,Thank you

I am a 54 yr old woman on disability. My befrom floor is caving in due to many hot water tank mishaps. And I need much home improvements. With nothing in the bank. Are there any grants for me and where do I go from here?

Does anyone do complimentary roofing for a senior who suffers with insomnia, OSA and anxiety? Who has only CPP for income.
