Description:

This program gives low-income seniors and low-income persons with a disability the opportunity to apply for a deferral of property tax increases.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. The deadline to file an application is February 28 of the year following the year in respect of which
the application is made.
2. Applications are available at Cashier/Enquiry Counters in City Hall and all Civic Centres or from the
City’s website
3. Completed applications should be sent to: Treasurer, City of Toronto, Revenue Services Appeals Unit, Lower Level, 5100 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M2N 5V7
