Water Filter Rebate Program

Who is Eligible:

Description:

The Lead Service Line Water Filter Rebate program is available to offset the cost of a water filter for Guelph residents who live in a home serviced with a lead service line and are unable to replace it this year. The City of Guelph will provide each qualified homeowner or tenant with a rebate of up to $100 per calendar year. Rebates will be based on the total amount paid on submitted receipts for an approved NSF-053 filtration device and/or replacement filter cartridges(s). A limited number of rebates are available; priority will be given to applicants who reside in a home with children six years of age or younger, pregnant women or women planning a pregnancy.

1. Please complete the application form, attach your original purchase receipt, and mail to:
