Description:

Discovered it by accident – it came as bundle with a theme we’ve bought – and was pleasantly surprised Quite intuitive and doesn’t have a steep learning curve Quite user-friendly as well

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. Please save the grant application form for tree planting (PDF , 128 KB) to your computer.
2. Open the saved document on your computer.
3. Fill out the registration form and print it out.
4. Attach a legible copy of your purchase invoice clearly indicating the date, name and address of the merchant where the purchase was made.
5.Also include a photograph of the planted tree. This must be taken within 30 days of planting and must be dated and signed by the owner (minimum size 3 “X 5”).
6. Mail to the following address:

or send it in person to the following address:
