Special Needs Assistance for Seniors (SNA) Program

up to $5,000

Who is Eligible:

Seniors

Description:

The SNA program provides a lump-sum payment to eligible low-income seniors. This program provides assistance with some of the cost of appliances and some health and personal supports.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. Eligible seniors who wish to submit a claim for SNA, must have first applied to the Alberta Seniors Benefit Program or submit a Seniors Financial Assistance (SFA) application. You will not be eligible for any item purchased prior to your enrollment in SFA.

2. You must send a receipt or estimate for each of the items requested. Send the receipt or estimate to:
