Description:

If you need to make changes to your home in order to improve its accessability to continue living there, you can apply to the Seniors Safe @ Home Program for between $1,000 and $5,000 in assistance to help with the cost. This funding is based on your annual income.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. Use the Seniors Safe @ Home Self Assessment Guide to help determine your needs.

2. Complete the application form.

3. Submit two estimates for the cost of the work along with your application to the locations listed in the application.
