Homeowner who have an active electricity account

Description:

Receive a rebate of 75% of the cost of insulation for your basement ceiling or walls up to $1000 and/or a rebate of 50% of the cost of insulation for your attic up to $1000.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. Upload or mail a copy of your purchase receipt with your application.
2. Allow up to eight weeks for processing.
3. Newfoundland Power and Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro may visit your home and confirm the HRV installation at any time within 15 months
