Down payment assistance up to $14,529

Who is Eligible:

Low-to-moderate income renter households

Description:

Households that are currently renting in the City of Kingston or the County of Frontenac and who do not have a vested interest in any other real estate may apply to the Home Ownership Program (HOP) for down payment assistance equal to 5% of the purchase price to a maximum of $14,529.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. Interested households should review the Home Ownership Program rules and eligibility requirements and complete the program application form (available April 3) – which includes a list of required documentation to support the application. Application period: Monday, April 3 to Friday, April 21, 2017
