The City of Laval provides financial assistance to the owner of an evaluation unit located in one of the old areas of the city and complying with the terms and conditions set out in by- law L-11000 (PDF, 181 KB). This financial assistance shall consist of a discount on the amount of the tax on the property transfer tax, commonly known as the welcome tax.
Steps to Get this Rebate:
1. Please save the financial aid form 2. Open the document saved on your computer. 3. Complete the form, print it and give it to the Planning Department between 8 am and 17 pm 15 30 Monday to Friday.
