My house is condo house. Its very old to replace the maintenance with the costs. There are 3 things – furniture, water heating and a/c cost $20,000. Most not qualified due to condo system.

I am a person with a disability and I live with my husband and we are seniors. We need to get a new energy sufficient furnace and want to know if we qualify for a grant as we can’t afford this on our income?
