Genworth Canada Energy-Efficient Housing Program

Amount:

Up to 25% insurance premium refund

Who is Eligible:

Homes that are built through one of Genworth Canada’s qualifying energy efficient building programs or meet the prescribed minimum Natural Resources Canada EnerGuide requirements.

Description:

A partial refund of up to 25 per cent of the Genworth Canada insurance premium based on the date of application for mortgage insurance. Available on all Genworth Canada mortgage insurance products.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

  1. Click here to ensure you are eligible for the refund. 
  2. Complete the online application and upload the required documentation electronically, OR
  3. Download and complete the PDF version and submit by mailing or faxing your completed application, along with the required documentation (see below) to the address in the Contacts section below.
