Fortis BC Heat Pump Tune-Up Rebate

Amount:

up to $50

Who is Eligible:

Residential FortisBC or municipal electricity customer

Description:

This Program offers a $50 rebate to customers who have their heat pump serviced before December 31, 2017.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. Review the terms and conditions.
2. Have your heat pump serviced before December 31, 2017.
3. Apply online for your rebate with the following information:
-your FortisBC electricity account number or municipal account number from Penticton, Summerland, Grand Forks or Nelson Hydro
-your email
-scanned copies of all paid receipts (please ensure they are clear, legible, itemized and indicate all relevant information such as the brand, model number and any other required information for your application)
4. Your rebate will appear as a bill credit on your FortisBC electricity bill. Customers in Grand Forks, Summerland, Penticton and Nelson Hydro will receive a mailed cheque. Applications may take up to 90 days to process.
