Fortis BC Air Source Heat Pump (Central System) Rebate

up to $1,200

Who is Eligible:

Residential FortisBC or municipal electricity customer

Description:

If your home is heated with an electric furnace, consider installing a central air source heat pump. You could save on energy costs, plus you’ll be eligible for a rebate of $1,200. 

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. Review the terms and conditions.
2. Install a qualifying central air source heat pump by December 31, 2017.
3. Apply online for your rebate with the following information:
-your FortisBC electricity account number or municipal account number from Grand Forks, Penticton, Summerland or Nelson Hydro
-your email
-scanned copies of all paid receipts (Make sure they are clear, legible, itemized and indicate all relevant information such as the brand, model number and any other required information for your application.)
4. Applications may take up to 90 days to process.
