Eco-Friendly Toilet

Who is Eligible:

Homeowners

Description:

The City of Laval offers a $60 to $75 grant to citizens who replace his old toilet with an eco-friendly toilet.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. Please save the application form for the replacement of a standard toilet (PDF, 244 KB) on your computer.
2. Open the saved document on your computer.
3.Complete the registration form and print it out.
4. Attach the original or a legible copy of the ecological wash bill. This document should clearly state:
-The name and contact information of the retailer
-The date of purchase
-The brand of the toilet or the name of the distributor
-The name and model number of the toilet
5. Join 2 photographs, one before and one after the replacement of each toilet, each of the 2 photos must be a minimum size of 7.62 centimeters (3 inches) by 12.7 centimeters (5 inches), signed And dated.
6. Mail this form to:
