The Affordable Home Ownership program provides individuals and families with a loan for the down payment on a home.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

Step 1: Read the Affordable Home Ownership Program Fact Sheet (updated November 2016).

Step 2: Complete the Affordable Home Ownership Application Form. You can also call 519-575-4400 ext. 3219 to have an application package mailed or faxed to you.

Step 3: Drop off, mail, fax or email your completed application to:
