2017 Ontario Renovates Program for Homeowners

Amount:

up to $5,000

Who is Eligible:

Homeowners

Description:

Funding is provided in the form of a 10 year forgivable loan to a homeowner occupant based on the cost of approved eligible work items. For accessibility repairs, the first $5,000 in funding will be in the form of a grant and not part of the forgivable loan. Income, asset and maximum loan criteria applies. Please see the program information below for further details.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. Click the “Download Application” link below, complete application form, print, sign and return, along with all other required documentation requested, to the address below.

2. Click the “Request for Application” link below, complete and submit online. An application package will be mailed to the address provided within 3 to 5 business days.

3. Completed applications with all required information, document and verification attachments must be returned to:
