Information on the Home Renovation Tax Credit can be seen on the Government of Canada’s budget website here:

Apparently it’s not possible to apply for the tax credit yet. This is what it says on that web page:

“Additional information on the Home Renovation Tax Credit will soon be available on Canada Revenue Agency’s website at (www.cra-arc.gc.ca)”
