Our plumber purchased the toilet for us and installed it. My husband and I live in Oshawa, and we did not know about the rebate at the time we had the work done. Even though the work is complete and our Plumber has the receipt, are we able to qualify for this $40.00 rebate at this time? I am sure that if asked, our plumber would verify that the work was done.
