Description: Get free delivery and installation of a water-saving kit and energy-efficient lightbulbs. Homeowners must use natural gas.

Included in the package are:

• 2 low-flow showerheads
• Aerators for kitchen and bathroom taps
• Water pipe insulation material
• 4 compact fluorescent light bulbs

This program is offered only in certain parts of the Greater Toronto Area.
