This program provides financial assistance in the form of a forgivable loan of up to a maximum of $25,000, to create a secondary or garden suite.

Steps to Get this Rebate:

1. If you are eligible to apply for the Program, you can print an application from our website at http://simcoe.ca/ontariorenovates or contact the County of Simcoe Social Housing Department
for a copy.
2. Please drop off, mail, or fax your completed application to:
