I would like to buy and install insulation in my attic in a 1.5 storey house. How will I go about getting a tax credit plus approx. how many $ does the grant pay?

    1. In October 2009, I had a sumpump installed in my basement to take away the water that
was coming up from under the foundation. The cost for pump and installation was $1250.00

There is lead in the water pipes (advised by the City of Guelph in June, 2009 – and I have to
have the pipe running from city line into my house (approx. 15 feet) replaced.

Do either of these items qualify for tax rebates or assistance.?
