
The Home Energy Low-income Program (HELP) is a PEI energy efficiency grant program designed to provide energy efficient upgrades and free air-sealing to low-income Islanders who qualify for the grant.
Successful applicants will have a HELP tradesperson complete FREE comprehensive air-sealing (this usually involves caulking, sealing gaskets, weather-stripping) at your home. But that’s not all.

Introducing some of these simple measures has a huge impact on your annual energy savings. The results vary from home to home but are largely dependent on:
A programmable thermostat installation can save homeowners up to $250 per year in heating costs. Air sealing can help homeowners save up to $650 in annual heating costs.
