Description: Get a home renovation loan at prime rate to finance energy efficient renovations recommended by an EnerGuide for Houses evaluation.

The renovations must achieve at least a five-point improvement in the EnerGuide for Houses rating. The loan amount is between $3,500 and $20,000 and the term is up to seven years.
