I live in Ottawa, and my home right now is heated by electric baseboards, I’m considering changing it over to natural gas. Is there a grant for doing so?

I purchased a tankless water heater in feb 09, I don’t qualify for the Enbridge rebate because it was prior to March 2/09, but are there other government grants/ rebates I qualify for ? I am in Brampton Ontario

I purchased my high effienciency furnace 5 years ago. I also have a programmable thermostat. I did not know you could get rebates on these items. Is it too late to apply?
Also I am installing new siding and new insulation? Are there any grants for this. I am in Brampton, Ontario
